Ruben Hensen 25f4dbf000 Fix MariaDB operator deployment namespace issue 
- Remove namespace from kustomization.yaml (was putting Apps in wrong namespace)
  - Change destination to argocd namespace (Application resources must be there)
  - Add labels for tracking parent app
